This fantastically boozy Mead is made with handpicked local tart Cherries, a bit of Orange zest, and wonderfully dark Zambian Wildflower honey. It was then aged in Bourbon/Cognac barrels for over a year, before being lovingly bottled by our team.
The name was inspired by the first words out of several people's mouths after trying it.
This small batch Mead was the first of two barrels to be packaged.
