This is our second time producing this label, and we plan on continuing including it every year. Our idea was to invite local chefs to put together a blend they could see being an excellent food wine. Chefs Jeffry Weisinger of Jeffry’s Wine Country BBQ and Mike Zimmerle of Knife+Fork collaborated on this blend.
Aroma: Blackberry. strawberry, white pepper, and milk chocolate
Taste: Blackberry pie, violet, cloves, buttercream
