This is a Russian River Valley Gewurztraminer from Balletto Vineyard. It was destemmed, table sorted, and then foot stomped before maceration. We did a 24-hour skin contact for color and aromatics, then pressed and racked into a stainless steel tank to ferment at 50 degrees for about a month. This wine is highly aromatic, with notes of stone fruit, rose petal, honeysuckle, and mandarin orange. It would go great with Thai food or just hanging out in the pool while wearing your hat.
