A fun and fruity white wine made from the Valvin Muscat grape. Fragrant with a touch of fizz. No oak, no fuss. Just the Bare Bones. The fourth wine in our Bare Bones series, this is our take on a popular favorite, lightly carbonated with just the right amount of sweetness.
Delicately pressed Chambourcin grapes give this wine a hint of color, delicate berry flavors and crisp acidity. A touch of sweetness finishes it off and creates the perfect summer wine. BTI rating: 88 points
Ice Wine is made from Vidal Blanc grapes left on the vine to freeze naturally and harvested by hand on December 12, 2013. This freezing concentrates the flavors and sugar in the grapes resulting in a flavorful rich dessert wine. The grapes were pressed while still frozen to produce a 38 Brix juice that was partially fermented to leave the natural residual sweetness. You will find our 2013 Vidal Blanc Ice Wine to have exotic concentrated flavors of tropical fruits.
