Our first wine release is a 100% Washington Mourvèdre Rosé. Sourced from Konnowac vineyard, located in the Rattlesnake Hills AVA.
This low-intervention, pale pink, done dry Rosé was whole-cluster-pressed so no time in the skins to minimize skin phenolics. It was then fermented in stainless steel tanks for 30 days. It was bottled with minimal amounts of sulfur.
