Two years in oak. Six years in bottles. This superb and gentle wine compliments the finest meal. Deep red ruby color, in the nose elegant, strawberry, hint of spice plus very complex fruit aromas. The palate is very expressive and unctuous balance characterized by a long finish the Subtly fragrant and gently flirtatious rather than muscular.Gentle and rewarding on the pallet. Has everything: body, tannin, alcohol, color in perfect balance.Estate produced and bottled. Only 100 cases remain and its gone forever.
