Pinot Noir grapes are the key ingredient of the greatest Bourgogne red wines, and have thus played a key role in this region's global reputation. This wine is from the region where Pinot Noir was born. Our Pinot Noir from Burgundy is rich purple and when it ages it takes on a deeper ruby color. On the nose, the bouquet has red and black berries and fruits (strawberries, cherries, blackcurrants, blueberries), evolving to a cooked prune and peppery undergrowth. This wine is very lively in the the mouth, structured and supple. Its tannins and fruit are very balanced with secondary aromas. It has an elegant personality with a fluid and light structure in the mouth.
