Our first blush is an off-dry style rosé, named after Battle Mountain, the view from the front vineyards. A blend of 60% Raspberry wine and 40% Traminette with 1.5% sugar, it has a floral nose with hints of hibiscus and raspberry, a slightly tart forward palate, with raspberry and pomegranate on the finish. Drink this wine cold on the patio or have it with your summer BBQ.
