This 100% 2020 Vidal Blanc varietal is done in a dry style in stainless steel. It has a touch of citrus and mineral on the nose. The nose is met with bold lemon and lime flavors and a finish like a granny smith apple.
Our signature Bordeaux style blend has cherry, pomegranate and a hint of spice on the nose. A bright cherry forward palate gives way to a finish of cranberry and light pepper. 45% Petit Verdot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc.
The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon has a mineral, earthy nose with notes of dark fruit, a palate of lighter fruit like cherry, and a bright, almost tart, but pleasantly dry finish. 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Petit Verdot.
Our 2019 Cabernet Franc Reserve was barrel aged for 20 months, partially in new oak barrels. Don't be fooled by its color, this is a big bodied wine. It has an earthy and spicy nose, and an intriguing palate of fruit and cocoa, with a vanilla finish.
Our latest Black Walnut White blend is 75% Traminette and 25% Viddal Blanc. Our signature white blend, named after the Black Walnut Tree that sits beside the tasting room, has a light floral nose with a bit of crisp apple, and a soft citrus palate.
Named after Battle Mountain, the view from the front vineyards, our off-dry style rosé is a blend of 50% Strawberry wine and 50% Vidal Blanc with 1.75% sugar. It has a clean, crisp finish with a delightful strawberry nose and flavors.
