You will readily enjoy the results of this Cabernet. Full and round with nice blueberry plum expression. Aged in American oak 50% medium toast 50% medium plus (+) toast. Great with steaks, short ribs, and a good burger. Pairs reasonably well with medium-bodied, firm-textured cow's milk cheeses like Swiss Gruyere, Comté, Beemster Classic and Taleggio. Suggested serving temperature 60°F-65°F.
