Undergoing an extremely short fermentation period, this young bright wine is best consumed in it's first 6 months of bottling (before May 2025), but it's extremely fruity vivacious pallet makes it the perfect pairing for Thanksgiving Dinner (and all holiday season!)
Our semi-sweet sparkling rose wine is lightly effervescent, and slightly opaque, due to it's natural secondary fermentation within the bottle. Light, bright, and decadent notes of grapefruit & raspberries.
