A smooth blend of orange blossom honey, Fresh Roasted (we use a local roaster) Guatemalan and Peruvian coffee, and raw, dark Grade B New York state maple syrup. We cold brew and add raw beans together to make this bold but smooth version of what folks call "Liquid Tiramisu". Wine meets coffee meets delicious. Winner (Best in Show) of the World Mead Challenge in 2018.
