A delightful blend of local, hand picked (by us!) Triple Crown blackberries, jumbo black raisins and Zante black currants. Black-302 was the first collaboration with a local farm and we are proud to use only Berry Good Farm hand-picked berries. This is our dark, bold, berry forward mead and sure to please those of you who love full bodied, fruity red meads. We have picked over 200 pounds of raw berries since we've started making Black-302 and will keep picking til our hands permanently turn black (they really do -- we now know why they are called "BLACK" berries)
