Our partners at Topcliffe Farms grow exceptional fruit, and this one is case-in-point. High-sugar from lots of sunshine, this Wickson Crabapple cider finished at an amazing 10.5% ABV with around 2.8% sugar left over, making it naturally semi-sweet. Further aged in one of our Raven Oak barrels, this one exhibits notes of honey and peach, backed by bold whiskey flavors.
