A treasured variety originally from England, Dabinett apples are a great base for traditional English-style ciders, but also make a rewarding single-varietal such as this one. This cider is bottled still (without carbonation) and is great as a wine substitute. Notes of raisin and butterscotch round out a cider with medium tannins and soft astringency.
