Dry and tannic, enjoy this cider on it's own or with sharp cheddar, figs and prosciutto, smoked duck, roasted vegetables, or baked brie. Made from apples grown and hand-picked at Bishops' Orchard, Garfield WA. McIntosh - This single-varietal cider expresses rich, ripe apple aromatics and flavors atop a soft, almost creamy base developed by the native ("wild") yeast used in fermentation.
