Vidal Blanc (or Vidal) is a French hybrid varietal produced with the Vitis vinifera varietal Trebbiano (or Ugni Blanc in France) and Seibel 4986 (Rayon d'Or). Vidal wine expresses clean floral aromas with flavors of honey, pineapple, melon and pears. Vidal's off-dry structure pairs well with savory seafood dishes such as pasta and shell fish or grilled Chesapeake rockfish.
