Cabernet Franc is a parent grape of Bordeaux’s famous Cabernet Sauvignon but is characterized by a decidedly lighter expression than its descendant. It blooms with lilacs on the nose leading to cracked pepper, cedar and fresh rosemary on the palate. Our Cabernet Franc pairs well with bistro classics such as roast chicken or steak frites.
