Lexème 2023 Rosé is meticulously hand crafted, in a small batch, to keep every bit of fruity aromas from the Gamay grapes. It went through complete fermentation with zero residual sugar, resulting in a delicious wine that will accompany a wide array of dishes, from barbecues with chicken kebabs, spiced back ribs, grilled salmon, goat cheese crostinis or avocado and shrimp salad. It is also a wine of choice for a summer apéritif. The color is peachy pink, the nose is intensely fruity and floral, with aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant that lead to notes of peony and acacia blossoms, with tropical notes of mango and guava nectar. The palate is crisp and well rounded, the aromas of quince jelly, guava and a subtle apricot note almost make you believe that there is a perceived sweetness. 100% Estate Gamay grapes
