Red blend is composed of 68% Tempranillo, 22%Gamay and 10%Pinot Noir. Tasting notes: Powerful aromas of prune, blackcurrant, carnation blossoms and musc on the nose with a background of truffle and teak wood. Creamy texture on the palate with aromas of blackcurrant, cherry, cocoa and clove with a medium to high tannin content. Best paired with prime rib, charcuterie, avocado salad or italian pizza.
