After a gentle press, we fermented this Rosé in stainless steel barrels until dry for ultimate drinkability. With a nose of daisies and a strawberry finish it is the perfect sunny day drink. We kept it simple, as Rosé should be. Drink it whenever and wherever, we're not your bosses.
