Very expressive, bursting with red fruit aromas. Fresh red fruit on the palate with a lovely savory note building to balanced acid and a fine tannin finish. Sips well on its own, especially on warm days or will pair well with vegetables and simple meat based dishes and cheeses.

75% Wadensville, 25% Dijon clone 115. Aged 10 months in French Oak barrels, approximately 30% new.
10-15% whole cluster.
