March of 2015 is when the grapes were planted.
We protected them from birds, squirrels, gophers, And wasps. We protected them from powdery mildew and sour rot. We protected them from drought, from blistering heat, and from the sweltering sunshine.
We crushed them, fermented them, pressed them and aged them.
