Flipped 2.0. This Bordeaux blend is anything but traditional. We rewrote the script and gave Cabernet Franc (60%) the lead role, relegating the Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) and Merlot (20%) to supporting cast status. Pair it with grilled steak and portobello mushrooms or drink it all by itself - it's a real show stopper!
Uncouth 3.0. Made from a little of this and a little of that, with grapes from here and from there, aged in recouped oak barrels—nothing fancy and it packs a punch at 14 plus % alcohol. A little cab (ok a lot of cab), a modicum of zin and a pinch of Syrah. That’s it, unfiltered, unrefined and unapologetic.
