Known as “lip stinger”, the baked lemon and citrusy tastes of Picpoul Blanc dance playfully on your tongue. Bright flavors of grapefruit and honeydew melon with the crisp aromas of lemon and pineapple. These spectacular grapes were grown in Templeton’s El Pomar District and carefully hand-harvested.
Suggested food pairings are ceviche, calamari with fresh lemon, sushi, chicken piccata and pasta with Pesto Genovese sauce.
