Created with Petite Sirah grapes late-harvested at 30.4 degrees Brix from Templeton’s El Pomar District. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 22 months.
This gorgeous dessert wine has a deep, dense color and amazing aromas of chocolate and caramel. Delicious, richly-textured flavors of rich blackberry, fig and plum are found on the palate. It will make a decadent pairing with dark chocolate.
