Typically, the juice would be pressed out of the skins of the Pinot Grigio grapes and then discarded. We decided to keep the juice on the skins for a full 24 hours to create this salmon colored rosé. With a nose of peach, glazed almonds, and honeysuckle blossoms, the Great Grey has a contrasting taste. Minerally and dry with hints of grapefruit. Drink with alfredo, shrimp, or to welcome guests.
