Crisp acidity with a hint of sweetness. Packed with aromas of watermelon, apple blossoms, apricot and hibiscus. The palate features crisp lemon rind, apple and strawberry before a lengthy finish of lychee. A beautiful and versatile wine that can pair with a wide range of dishes.
Our Malbec fruit is picked from our own vineyards and is said to be the oldest planted Malbec vineyard in Idaho. The age of the vines allows for the full expression of the grape to be ever present. Our Malbec spends 10 months in 3rd & 4th fill French oak barrels. Soft, silky tannins give way to bright red plum, blackberry, cocoa and hints of black pepper spice.
Merlot is our most planted varietal at Kerry Hill, so why not show case this grape with our Reserve wine. This merlot spends 10 months in French oak barrels where the wine undergoes Malolactic fermentation. The wine is medium bodied beautifully balanced with elegant integrated velvety tannins, black and red berry tones, pomegranate and layered notes of clove.
This full-bodied Spanish Rojas wine will tantalize you with subtle peppery aromas, dark black cherry flavors, and finishes with hints of vanilla. The perfect pairing with barbeque grilled meats or a delicious authentic paella dish.
Made with our 35 year old Malbec vines, this Ruby red beauty is sure to delight! Medium bodied and bright, the black fruit flavors combine with rich olive, subtle vanilla, and mouth watering acidity to create a well balanced wine with a smooth finish.
The 2018 Domaine Red Blend leaps out of the glass. Aromas of Bing Cherry, pomegranate and vanilla lead into more savory components of Morel mushrooms with burnt butter. Sweet tannins and balanced acidity round out a complex and approachable wine.
An ode to the simplicity and purity of unoaked Chardonnay. There is a slight buttery wood aroma that simply comes from the grape itself, with hints of stone fruit and grass on the nose. Light, smooth, crisp, and apple like flavors, end in a slightly tart finish. A perfect wine to enjoy with cheese platters, fettuccini, or salmon.
Typically, the juice would be pressed out of the skins of the Pinot Grigio grapes and then discarded. We decided to keep the juice on the skins for a full 24 hours to create this salmon colored rosé. The 2019 Great Grey Pinot Grigio opens up with aromas of apricot, pomegranate, citrus and raspberry. More apricot shows off the palate with honeydew melon and lemon. Flavors are backed with some spice, vanilla and sugar cookie. The extra skin contact gives the Great Grey a wonderful texture and tannin. Medium body and medium plus finish.
A more traditional rosé from Cabernet Sauvignon, the aroma is reminiscent of drying fresh sheets outside next to a cherry tree. Fresh and light, the Wild Rose is balanced to complement all things good weather. Drink with pesto, balsamic, paella, picnics, and burgers.
