An ode to the simplicity and purity of unoaked Chardonnay. There is a slight buttery wood aroma that simply comes from the grape itself, with hints of stone fruit and grass on the nose. Typically, the juice would be pressed out of the skins of the Pinot Grigio grapes and then discarded. We decided to keep the juice on the skins for a full 24 hours to create this salmon colored rosé. With a nose of peach, glazed almonds, and honeysuckle blossoms, the Great Grey has a contrasting taste. Minerally and dry with hints of grapefruit. Drink with alfredo, shrimp, or to welcome guests.
A more traditional rosé from Cabernet Sauvignon, the aroma is reminiscent of drying fresh sheets outside next to a cherry tree. Fresh and light, the Wild Rose is balanced to complement all things good weather. Drink with pesto, balsamic, paella, picnics, and burgers.
