Our Malbec fruit is picked from our own vineyards and is said to be the oldest planted Malbec vineyard in Idaho. The age of the vines allows for the full expression of the grape to be ever present. Our Malbec spends 10 months in 3rd & 4th fill French oak barrels. Soft, silky tannins give way to bright red plum, blackberry, cocoa and hints of black pepper spice.
Merlot is our most planted varietal at Kerry Hill, so why not show case this grape with our Reserve wine. This merlot spends 10 months in French oak barrels where the wine undergoes Malolactic fermentation. The wine is medium bodied beautifully balanced with elegant integrated velvety tannins, black and red berry tones, pomegranate and layered notes of clove.
Delightfully crisp, dry white wine. Zesty acidity
highlights notes of Meyer lemon, lime and, fresh green apples. Refreshing on the palette with citrus flavors and minerality. Clean, dry finish.
The 2019 Cervidae Cabernet Sauvignon is an absolute delight and super refined, softer red fruit, cranberry, raspberry, and violet under tones. Less aggressive tannins than previous vintages allowing a subtle savory finish.
Almost Vixen in style! Shy on the nose but gets bolder with the first taste. Medium bodied with moderately low tannins and med-high acidity. Flavors of sour cherry, red plum, cassis, and a peppery finish.
The 2019 Domaine Red Blend leaps out of the glass. Aromas of Bing Cherry, pomegranate and vanilla lead into more savory components of Morel mushrooms with burnt butter. Sweet tannins and balanced acidity round out a complex and approachable wine.
Dry, light to medium bodied, with bright acidity silky tannins. Flavors include cherry, raspberry, mushroom and forest floor, plus vanilla and baking spice and aged in French Oak
