Our 2016 Merlot is made from a combination of grapes from Columbia Valley and Red Mountain AVAs. It is a soft ruby red color with floral notes of violets, flavors of black cherry, plum, and a hint of cocoa. You might notice some light notes of earth and mushroom. It has balanced acid and tannin on the mid-palate, with a long, smooth finish ending in a hint of smoke. This Merlot makes drinking Merlot cool again.
