The Bluest is a blend of two early vintage Kalchē cuvées. The first is direct pressed Marquette: fermented cool over whole clusters of Petite Pearl
for 3 weeks, bladder pressed, and aged in tank since 2021. The second, Regalia, is our first ever released wine Fall of 2021; 100% Petite Pearl
that went through semi carbonic for two weeks before being pressed as a nouveau style. These wines were blended the Spring of 2023 and canned in early Fall 2023.
