Our Rosé is crafted from 50% Tempranillo and 50% Grenache grapes. A brief moment on the skins after crushing the grapes creates the beautiful pink hue and a wine that is crisp and refreshing while still possessing a mineral complexity. Aromas of hibiscus and strawberry finish with complex floral notes. This wine pairs well with evrything from a simple cheese plate to salmon, a salad with chicken, or tacos al pastor from our local market in San Miguel, CA. 2023 Silver Medal winner Orange County Commercial Wine Competition
