The 2020 growing season started with a hard frost on Mother’s Day that reduced yields by 40%. The remaining fruit exhibited great balance and concentrated flavors. This rich and luxurious full-bodied wine is layered with aromas of dark fruit jam, spice and shaved chocolate. This wine lavishes your palate with berries, crushed herbs and vanilla. The finish is supple and velvety with polished tannins, red fruit and a kiss of minerals. You may pair this wonderful wine with steak, lamb, rabbit, pork or to be enjoyed on its own. This wine will continue to age gracefully for a decade or more.
