1-fermentation sparkling wine, made from grapes I have been farming on small vineyards.
Grapes in 2018 are a blend of 4 Pinot Noir vineyards, scattered across the Willamette Valley. 3 vineyards I farm myself, are no-till, non-certified organic farming practices. The last source (20%) s a baby-vineyard, high altitude sustainably farmed but as of 2018 moving to organic in 2019, and eventually no-till.
Vinification was whole cluster, in barrel, bottled at 25 g/l sugar, and finished in bottle. No-sulfur
