Summer Gold is fruit-forward cider pressed from late summer heirloom apple varieties grown in our orchards in Moore County, NC. Grimes Golden, King David, Hewe's Crab and Gala lend notes of baked apple, ripe yellow apple and a hint of magnolia blossom. Rounded tannins, medium acidity, and a light sweetness yield to a long, clean finish. Pairs well with roasted pork, grilled seafood, barbecue and other savory dishes.
