Solar Flare captures the bounty of a Southern summer infusing soft, ripe peach into cider pressed from heirloom and other apples and aged in brandy barrels. Aromas of vanilla and coconut swirl with fresh peach and baked apple for a rich, fruit-forward cider with a touch of oak. Delicious on its own, Solar Flare also adds a spark when when paired with pizza, Mexican dishes and barbeque.
Notes
Solar Flare is aged in bourbon barrels for up to eight months and then blended with juice from fresh-pressed peaches.
