This full-bodied cider has the rich, nutty tannins of vintage russeted apples. The 2019 has a touch brighter acidity, plus delicious notes of jasmine, toffee, baked apple, melon, and a slight earthiness like fallen leaves on the damp orchard floor. Russets & Twigs is delightful with roasted poultry and among our "go-tos" for Thankgiving turkey dinner.
