Golden and naturally petillant, this Harrison single-varietal cider has notes of candied pineapple, and lemon pudding with the characteristic hint of tangerine. Harrison is a storied cider apple dating back to Revolutionary days when Newark, NJ was the Napa of the cider world, and Harrison was the apple of Newark. Harrison was grown in Maryland, Virginia and the Carolinas throughout the 19th century. Our trees are still young, so we leapt at the chance to create a single varietal working with apples from a grower we admire in Virginia. We think you'll enjoy this single-varietal study in cider apples.
