Aromas of apricot, pineapple and lemon zest greet the nose, followed by well-balanced acidity and a lingering finish on the palate.
This Viognier was primarily fermented in stainless steel, with a small percentage (approx. 5%) fermented in neutral oak. Both batches were blended together and aged in stainless steel before bottling.
