Aged for 14 months in a blend of older and new American, Slovakian and French oak, this central Italian inspired blend is created from fruit grown at two locations in the hills above the San Pasqual Valley. A medium bodied wine that brings aromas of currants, dried cranberries and raspberries with hints of Italian seasoning, toasty vanilla and hickory. On the palate, smooth cherries, strawberries, and raspberries are joined by hints of rosemary and tarragon with a medium, lingering vibrant finish.
51% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Sangiovese, 11% Syrah Noir, 7% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petite Sirah
