A wine originally created by Rachael Adler, Block 1 is a field blend of grapes grown on some of the oldest vines here at Hungry Hawk Vineyards. A delicious display of the combination between Rachael’s creative winemaking and the farming practices required to produce premium wines. Her legacy lives on! This wine is made from 100% Estate grown fruit. Aged 15 months in 4-year-old French Oak. 48% Sangiovese, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Shiraz, 5% Merlot.
