A salmon hued wine in the Côtes du Rhône style with very limited skin contact and low temperature fermented in neutral cooperage. Aromas of strawberries and rose petals. On the palate, strawberries and Key lime dominate with hints of Italian spices and a medium, lingering velvet finish.
