Just our third release of 100% Pinot Gris, this year's crop gave us flavorful and bright fruit that brings out a medium bodied wine white peaches, honey notes and jasmine in the nose and stone fruits, melon and lime peel on the palate with a big mouthfeel and a silky lingering finish.

This Dry Rosé is a blend of the Grenache from Elliot Ranch Vineyards and Mourvèdre and Tempranillo from Hungry Hawk Vineyards & Winery. This blend was fermented and aged in stainless steel resulting in fruity characteristics and intense aromatics.
Our first release of Estate Grown Grenache was aged in new French and American Oak and displays aromas of black cherries and raspberries with hints of vanilla and nutmeg followed on the palate by raspberries, candied cherries, caramel and toasted cedar with a lingering velvety finish.
90% Grenache, 10% Petite Sirah
The 2017 vintage is our second release of Grenache grown, produced and bottled here at Hungry Hawk Vineyards. The medium bodied and well-structured wine was aged in a blend of new, one year old and two year old French and American Oak barrels. A small percentage of Estate Petite Sirah was added to the wine to add an additional element of dark fruits and length on the palate. It’s another estate bottling you’re sure to enjoy year round!

A Left Bank, Bordeaux Style Blend - 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 16% Merlot
Our second release of Queue Rouge - meaning Red Tail in French - is an homage to our resident Red Tail Hawks, for which our winery is named. This release is a Left Bank, Bordeaux style blend that displays aromas of currants and cocoa with a palate of red fruit, herbs and dusty tannins in a lingering dark chocolate finish.
A blend of Bordeaux Varietals - 36% Malbec, 28% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Cabernet Franc, 9% Merlot
Aromas of raspberries, cranberries, and cherries. The red fruit carries through on the palate with dusty tannins and good acidity. Notes of strawberries, candied cherries, watermelon, white pepper, and smoke linger on a lengthy finish.
The 2017 vintage of Queue Rouge is a Right Bank Bordeaux inspired, medium bodied blend that brings aromas of raspberries, red plum and currants with hints of spicy caramel and herbs. On the palate, smooth cherries, strawberries, and raspberries are joined by hints of rosemary and tarragon with a medium, lingering vibrant ﬁnish.

Alcyone is the name of the brightest star in the Pleiades and Alcyone Harmony is the name of our Winemaker, Mike's daughter. During it's original creation, this wine made Mike think of Alcyone Harmony and the legacy began....
