An elegant and rich red companion. Our best expression yet of our sustainably grown cabernet sauvignon (unanimously winning gold and 91 points). This wine-lover’s staple is medium acidity, hight tannins, and full-bodied. It fills the glass with black and red cherry notes, a hint of tart plum, and a touch of earthy tones such as tobacco, baking spices, and oak. Faint whispers of smoke trail against its velvety long finish.

Pairings:
• Fatty meats are a show-stopping combo. It also pairs nicely with rich
game such as lamb skewers with crispy seasoned potatoes or other
hearty vegetable dishes.
• Steak and blue cheese salad with dried fruits and pecans.
• Turkey dinner with cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy (sound
familiar?) Additionally, acidic tomato-based dishes are an excellent match.
• Aged cheeses; cheddar and gouda with aged salami’s and charcuterie
meats.
