Take a sip of something that is a little out of the norm! This is a project spearheaded by the son of Maren and Cameron Hosmer, Tim. Behind the production facility we have several pear and apple trees that are largely decorative, planted by Cameron Hosmer's grandfather. Starting in 2014 Tim Hosmer tinkered with making a Peary-style cider. We are currently selling the 2018 rendition of his project. Tasting Notes: Delicate jasmine and lily on the nose lead to notes of peach skin and Bartlett pear on the palate. The finish carries notes of pear and green apple.
