Saint Patrick is a off dry white wine made from the Semillon grape which originates in France. Most often used in a blend, Semillon adds body and depth to many wines.
Made on it's own, this Semillon has aromas of apricot and peach, with ripe flavors of peaches and cream. The Semillon was cold fermented in stainless steel and aged for six months.
