Our third ever 0/0 wine! What is that? Well, the ingredients are grapes! We didn't add any sulfur nor did we filter or remove anything from the wine after making it. When you describe it like that it sounds like its less work when in reality making a great 0/0 wine is extremely challenging because you are relying solely on the grape quality as well as the attention to detail during the wine-making process to ensure that the grapes and wine are free from any contaminants that might spoil the wine. Without sounding too braggadocious, we nailed this wine many thanks incredible acidity found in Aglianico. We hope you enjoy it!
