This is our black raspberry mead! Notice the label is very simple. We brought this back this year and used an old style label from our first bottling in 2003. If we can keep a local source for black raspberries each year, we will continue to make it. It is delicious with an amazing flavor of raspberries and is almost port like in the intensity and depth of flavor. Raspberry mead tastes very different from our raspberry wine as the honey contributes to the taste and feel on your palate. This is a truly unique, delicious and sophisticated mead that you can enjoy sipping on, pairing with dark chocolate and sharing with friends.
