Our first sparkling venture made in the traditional methode champenoise style. The label features good friend and popular Burlesque dancer RUBY CHAMPAGNE (too perfect, right?). The Mexican spitfire of Burlesque, Ruby sparkles and entertains much like this 2011 Grenache Rose does while dancing across your palate. Flavors of summer fruits like strawberry and watermelon shake and shimmer, while the bubbles burst with excitement. Produced from Grenache grapes grown in Santa Barbara County and made into a french-style Rose before making it bubbly.
