Growing conditions in our vineyards along the Missouri River Valley produce grapes of rich ripeness and distinct character. Our Brut Reserve is produced from carefully selected grapes and vinted using the traditional methode champenoise bottle fermentation process. Dry, crisp, with citrus flavors and toasty edges, Brut Reserve is elegant as an aperitif and also very versatile with food. Dark ruby-red with flavors of berries, brown spice, and black fruits, along with notes of earth and smoky vanilla oak.

The Valvin Muscat is produced usine a slow cool fermentation. The wine opens up to floral aromas and flavors of apricots and orange blossoms followed by tropical notes. On the palate are ripe characters of tangerine and peach leading to a bright, crisp finish.
