Essence is a full bodied Bordeaux style blend of 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Cabernet Franc, and 38% Merlot. All grapes are handpicked and hand-sorted and each barrel is carefully selected for a perfectly balanced blend.
This smooth, soft and somewhat creamier white wine is made from handpicked Pinot Blanc grapes. Partially fermented and aged in neutral French oak, this dry white has great texture and mouthfeel.
Our Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented using indigenous yeast and bottled without any fining or sterile filtration for an expressive wine that is balanced with both strength and finesse.
