Hand-harvested from Sawmill Creek Vineyards with
a second manual hand sort at the winery. This limited release Cabernet Franc is only made when the vintage calls for it. All aspects of production, from press to bottle, occur on-site; fostering the ideal that a world class wine is handled by its makers from start to finish.
Representative of what Finger Lakes terroir can do, this Riesling is fermented dry in stainless steel for a wine that is crisp with bright acidity and balance.
Essence is a full bodied Bordeaux style blend of 34% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Cabernet Franc, and 33% Merlot. All grapes are handpicked and hand-sorted and each barrel is carefully selected for a perfectly balanced blend.
Co-fermented blend of each of our Alsatian white wine grapes. Bright, full, zippy with a hint of spice, it embodies the varietal characteristics of each the Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Riesling and Gewurztraminer.
This smooth, soft and somewhat creamier white wine is made from handpicked Pinot Blanc grapes. Partially fermented and aged in neutral French oak, this dry white has great texture and mouthfeel.
Our Riesling is fermented in stainless steel and stopped with a slight amount of residual sugar for a semi-dry wine that is balanced with natural acidity and fruit.
A rare varietal in the Finger Lakes, our 2019 Syrah reflects a Northern Rhonestyle. Fermented using indigenous yeast and no fining or filtering for great
expression of terroir and varietal character.
