This medium bodied Pinot Gris is aged in neutral French oak barrels for a heavier mouthfeel and full texture while still maintaining fruit and minerality.
Essence is a full bodied Bordeaux style blend of 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Cabernet Franc, and 38% Merlot. All grapes are handpicked and hand-sorted and each barrel is carefully selected for a perfectly balanced blend.
Our Signature Series Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented using indigenous yeast and bottled without any fining or sterile filtration for an expressive wine that is balanced with both strength and finesse.
A rare varietal in the Finger Lakes, our 2019 Syrah reflects a Northern Rhonestyle. Fermented using indigenous yeast and no fining or filtering for great
expression of terroir and varietal character.
